Natasha Brennan

Managing Partner, Brennan Real Estate, LLC

Natasha Brennan is a Managing Partner of Brennan Real Estate, LLC, where she plays a key role in property management and overseeing operations across the portfolio. She holds a dual bachelor’s degree along with an MBA in Business Management, bringing a strong academic foundation to her leadership. Natasha began her career in auto finance and later transitioned into healthcare financial planning and analysis, developing a disciplined, data-driven approach to decision-making and operational efficiency. She now leverages that experience to optimize property performance, enhance tenant experiences, and drive long-term asset value. She specializes in property management, client relations, and vendor partnerships, ensuring seamless execution across all aspects of the rental portfolio. Outside of her professional work, Natasha is a dedicated mother of three daughters and keeps up with two energetic goldendoodles. She is also a former Division II collegiate volleyball athlete and actively volunteers as a volleyball coach in her community.

Chris Brennan

Partner

Chris Brennan is a Fortune 500 healthcare executive and father of three daughters who has developed a parallel career in real estate investing. He started with long-term single-family rentals in 2019 and gradually focused on multifamily investing through disciplined self-education, underwriting, and relationship building, often working late nights and early mornings around family and professional commitments. In 2025, Chris expanded into multifamily investing, first as a Limited Partner in a 47-unit property in Denver, Colorado, and later as a General Partner on a 35-unit acquisition in Hendersonville, North Carolina, where he independently raised over $300,000 in investor capital. Looking ahead, he plans to continue growing his multifamily portfolio and professional network while mentoring and collaborating with others in the industry—and is also a proud MWN super fan on Facebook.
